The Anchorage

The Anchorage provides an abundance of space and luxurious amenities, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. It graciously accommodates up to eight guests, with additional provisions available for two children upon request.

The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms, while an additional bedroom is located upstairs in the loft. The home boasts two living areas, ensuring plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. With a covered patio and covered balcony, there are numerous spots to enjoy the outdoors.

The residence offers a total of four elegantly designed bedrooms and four luxurious bathrooms. The main bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring a king bed and a spacious en suite bathroom with a bath and shower combo. Bedrooms two, three, and four are equally inviting, each adorned with queen beds. Notably, bedrooms two and four also boast their own en suite bathrooms with a bath and shower combo, providing added convenience and privacy. The charming loft area, accessible via interior stairs, includes two single beds, creating a cozy additional sleeping space.

The open-plan kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, fully equipped with modern appliances, including a 900mm SMEG stove with five gas burners, a coffee machine, washer, dishwasher and an ice machine is available for those hot summer days. A small breakfast nook adds a touch of convenience, while the dining area comfortably accommodates eight guests. The kitchen seamlessly flows onto a covered balcony, where a dining area offers breathtaking views of the lagoon. A fireplace extends throughout the kitchen, dining, and living areas, enveloping the space in warmth and charm. The living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a TV with DStv, Netflix, and Showmax, as well as WiFi. This space opens onto a covered balcony furnished with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying serene moments. Additionally, the ground floor houses a more private living area, complete with a cozy couch and a second fireplace, providing an intimate retreat within the home. Heaters are also available for cooler weather.

For outdoor cooking, guests can choose between a Weber braai and a Gas braai. The covered patio at the front of the property offers a charming dining area with picturesque views of the mountains and garden. The property is thoughtfully equipped with an inverter and battery to power essential lights, and it features three carports for your vehicles.

Water enthusiasts will delight in the harbour and slipway available for guests’ boats, along with two canoes for private use. The property also boasts a refreshing swimming pool. Beach towels and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
