OUR COVID PROMISE
Our commitment to providing memorable experiences with safety at the forefront has never been stronger and we will continue to work in providing the highest health and safety standards in our homes to ensure your peace of mind and comfort. In partnership with our Health, Safety and Hygiene consultants, we have moved forward with our COVID 19 safety protocol which will assist us in protecting the safety of you our guests and our work colleagues.
A summary of our initiatives in this regard are as follows;
- Physical distancing. We urge you to practice physical distancing by standing at least 2 metres away from other groups of people not travelling with you while out in town or anywhere outside of your home.
- Hand Sanitizer and Handwashing. Hand sanitizers and hand soap will be placed at certain points in the house and we ask that you use these regularly.
- House Signage. There will be COVID 19 signage in the house as a constant reminder for you.
- Covid 19 Training. All our employees and partners have received comprehensive training on Covid 19 safety and hygiene protocols with comprehensive training for our cleaning teams. Please rest assured that your home has been cleaned and sanitized by these experienced staff.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We all wear masks and we urge you to do the same upon check in.
