Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms and three bathrooms, each with its own en-suite. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while bedrooms two and three each include three-quarter beds. Bathroom 1 is a full bathroom with both a bath and shower, while bathrooms 2 and 3 each have a shower, toilet, and basin.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, breakfast nook, coffee machine, and a scullery with both a washing machine and dishwasher. The open-plan living area includes a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a comfortable couch, making it ideal for relaxing evenings in. There’s also an eight-seater dining area with a built-in braai and a fireplace for cozy winter days. A guest toilet is available for added convenience.

Step outside to the patio, where you’ll find a Weber braai, outdoor dining area, and a swimming pool – perfect for entertaining or enjoying summer afternoons. Children will love the basketball hoop on the patio.

For peace of mind, the property offers high boundary walls, CCTV security, and covered parking behind a remote-controlled gate.

Please note that the home has a few internal steps from the kitchen down to the dining area with the built-in braai, and additional steps leading to and from the patio. Housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost.
